Skill Development Trip from Afghanistan to Thailand: Economic development creates new perspectives

Aiming for more employment and higher salaries with Afghan executives.

On behalf of the GIZ (German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation) we prepared and carried out a Skill Development Trip to Thailand with an Afghan delegation of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. In a matter of five days, the participants worked out solution approaches for the improvement of employment and income in Afghanistan. Interactive trainings, profound conversations with experts, as well as with practitioners of the field were the primary focus oft he Skill Development Trip. With the help of Public Private Dialogue (PPD) the participants were able to   use efficient communication strategies to enable a sustainable cooperation between the private and public economic sector. PPD thereby helps to improve the situation  in Afghanistan regarding education, employment and income.

For Madiba Consult it is of high importance to support and develop the skills of every individual in fragile states.
